A solid all-concrete building completed in 1967, the Newhaven rises to six-storeys and houses a total number of 35 modern condo suites. Designed originally to serve as a walk-up rental apartment, the Newhaven was condo converted and upgraded with an entire range of modern renovations in 1995. After the 1995 remodel, the building received an array of upgrades including open plan kitchens, high-gloss lacquer cabinets, over-range hood fan/microwave combos, and so on.
