Built in 1977 by Pentaco Developments Corporation, the Dalton Mews townhouses is a sprawling residential project comprising 114 attached townhome style units. In addition to an assigned common property outdoor parking stall, each of the suites enjoy a moderate yard for trees and leisure. Each of the two-level suites at the Dalton Mews townhouses feature the same floor plan with a standard measurement of just over 950 square feet not including the basement.
The only variation in the floor plans of the townhouses is that while some of the units feature two bathrooms, the remaining have only one. A few of the owners have remodelled their basement areas to create an additional bedroom or a recreational area, with the exception that there are no windows in the basement. The building underwent a major upgrade in 2010 in which it received new windows, a darken stained cedar cladding and a new roof. The windows at Dalton Mews townhouses are common property for ongoing maintenance (at the time of writing).
