The Centro733 comprises a total number of 90 spacious condo suites, out of which 32 are one-bedroom units, 57 are two-bedroom condos and a single three-bedroom penthouse with the roof-top deck on the top floor. While the one-bedroom homes offer just over 650 square feet layout, the two-bedroom units typically measure along the lines of 850 square feet. Parking is outdoor assigned stalls and the building is serviced with two elevators.
Following the comprehensive renovation in 2007, all the condo suites at Centro733 were tastefully done up with high-end furnishings such as new exterior doors and windows, ceramic tile/carpeted floors, laminate hardwood flooring, vessel sinks, granite counters, maple doors and all-in-one laundry machines. Each of the suites at Centro733 now has their kitchen range hoods vented outside. The former laundry room in the basement of the building has also been renovated and included the addition of common property assigned storage lockers for the convenience of the residents.
