The renovated version seems to be a highly stylized and contemporary take on the classic architecture of the building that is reminiscent of the sixties.
While the two-bedroom suites located at the front of the building offer sizable living spaces of around 750 square feet, the one-bedroom units at the back of Casablanca measure just under 500 square feet. Residents can park their vehicles in the surface-level common property parking at the back of the building. All the exterior door and windows at Casablanca have been designated common property for ongoing maintenance and eventual replacement by the builder (at the time of writing).
