Living in an Apartment Style Condo in Palliser

The community of Palliser is surrounded by the Nineteenth Street in the east, the Twenty Fourth Street to the west, the Southland Drive to the south and the Ninetieth Avenue in the north. The real estate development in the area that is now known as the Palliser community was officially kick-started in 1967. Even before it was identified as a separate community, the neighbourhood of Palliser was considered to be a part of the Pump Hill area. It was only in 1991 that the area of Pump Hill was separated from Palliser and the latter was established as a standalone residential community.
