About The Neville Condos in Mount Pleasant

Given its elevated location on a hillside lot, the Neville offers uninterrupted views of the entire north and south side of the city. The south facing condo units in the building overlook Sixteenth Avenue and enjoy million dollar views of the surrounding neighbourhood. Most the suites at Neville feature one bedroom layouts measuring about 650 square feet. The larger two-bedroom condo units at the top-level offer approximately 1,000 square feet of floor area.

Following the renovation in 2006, each individual unit was upgraded with new plumbing to accommodate all in one laundry hookups tucked under the kitchen counters for the convenience of the residents.
