Starter Houses in Central Heights

(Detached houses ranging up to $450,000)

Central Heights is just minutes away from downtown Okotoks, a beautiful historic town. The town’s name is derived from the Blackfoot word of “ohkotok” which is a reference to the Big Rock or the glacial erratic at the Foothills Erratic Train located seven kilometres from the town. David Thompson, the British-Canadian surveyor, was the person that had explored the land in the 1800's. The town is well on its way to being further developed in the coming years with the Government of Alberta annexing 4,900 acres of land in Okotoks.
