Wickham Place is a 7-storey all-concrete tower that was constructed in 1969 and converted into a high-rise condominium in 1989. The structure contains 41 suites in a variety of layouts. About Wickham Place Condos in Connaught Calgary

Originally built as a walk-up rental, the Wickham Place was subsequently renovated, and condo converted in 1989. The building is served by an extensive common property parking lot that is both tucked underneath the building and extends across the surface into the alley at the back of the building. Some of the major amenities offered at the Wickham Place include a bike storage room, recreational room, coin-operated laundry, and an elevator.

While the main level holds five condos, the subsequent floors house as many as six suites each. Some of the larger units are combined one-bedroom suites that now have two bedrooms and two full baths just over 1,200 square feet of floor area. Residents participated in 2007 to replace exterior windows and doors and in 2008 the building upgraded the twin heating boilers and expansion tanks. The exterior doors and windows at Wickham Place are no longer common property and are to be maintained and eventually replaced by the individual owners (at the time writing).
