May Davidson is like family and I do not say this flippantly. I live in Ontario and at the time of my condo purchase, had a daughter in Calgary, alone, needing a place to live. May was a god send for a fathers heart. She led my daughter in person and myself (long distance) into the condo market, forever patient with a confidence that was contagious. The purchase was effortless and secure. The condo was perfect for my daughter and May negotiated a fair, reasonable price. It wasn’t long before my second daughter also moved out to Cochrane. Both my girls got a great start in Alberta thanks to May. The time came to sell as, one at a time, the girls moved on, The sale of the property was just as flawless.
