Built-in 1970 as a walk-up rental apartment, the Manor House subsequently underwent a comprehensive renovation and condo conversion in 1977, when the conversion concept was still in its nascent stage. There are a total number of 40 spacious condo suites at the Manor House that include a combination of one bedroom and two-bedroom units. While a majority of the one-bedroom homes measure around 550 square feet, the two-bedroom suites feature floor sizes in the 850 square foot range. Nestled under the building is a small basement that houses a mechanical room and boiler room.
The building is served by a single elevator and a parking lot that extends from underneath the building to the surface stalls on the eastern end. While there are no condo units on the ground level, the subsequent floors all house six suites each, except the eighth floor that has only four larger suites. The largest of the lot are the two-bedroom homes that are located on the top floor and feature a spacious floor layout of approximately 1,100 square feet.
