The building houses a total number of 56 spacious condo suites that are spread across six floors built atop an underground parkade that features as many as 52 titled parking stalls for the convenience of the residents. In addition, there are nine surface parking stalls located on the west side of the building, that may be used for the purpose of parking services or visitor vehicles. The residents may also access the storage lockers located within the basement.
The Mackenzie was considered to be a luxurious apartment building long before other upscale condominiums such as Sasso, Arriva, Chocolate, Colours, Vetro and Union Square came into the neighbourhood.
