Fairview Estate Homes

(Detached houses ranging from $650,000 and up)

Fairview homes for sale are bordered by the Macleod Trail on the west, the Blackfoot Trail on the east, the Heritage Drive in the south and the Sixty Sixth Avenue and Glenmore Trail in the north. The area that is today known as the Fairview community was originally annexed to the city of Calgary back in 1956. However, the real estate market of Fairview was officially established only three years later when the first leg of development began in 1959. Since the city of Calgary was undergoing a comprehensive urbanization program at the time, Fairview benefited from the situation in the form of quick real estate development in the neighbourhood.
