In the 2002 remodel, the Bristol Flats received an entire range of modern upgrades including a set of new doors and windows. All sixteen condo units also received an upgrade with opening up the living area, maple cabinetry, and all-in-one laundry hookups with dryers vented to the exterior of the building.
While the one-bedroom suites at the back of the building measure about 550 square feet, the larger two-bedroom units facing the street feature floor sizes in the 900 square foot range. You will find a common property outdoor parking at the back of the building on a recently paved lot. As is the case with most buildings that were designed as walk-up rentals, the Bristol Flats does not feature any basement or storage lockers.
