In the 2002 remodel, the Bristol Flats received an entire range of modern upgrades including a set of new doors and windows. All sixteen condo units also received an upgrade with opening up the living area, maple cabinetry, and all-in-one laundry hookups with dryers vented to the exterior of the building.
