About Broadview Gardens Condos in Eau Claire

Since the parking spaces at the five-story Broadview Gardens were all sold separately, buyers had a choice of purchasing a suite without a parking stall or vice versa. Since there are only 19 parking stalls below grade level, only a handful of the residents will have their own private parking space. However, there is an additional paid parking area at the west side of the building that is operated independently by a different corporation. The building comprises of smaller sized suites that may range in floor sizes from 400 square feet to 700 square feet. There is a common deck on the north side of the second floor that provides stunning views of the Bow River valley. Other amenities in the building include elevator access, gym area, rec room and more. The exterior doors and windows are designated common property and managed fully by the building owners (at the time of writing).
