Following the 2005 remodel, the Biltmore received comprehensive upgrades to its exteriors, common property areas, and individual condo suites. In addition, all the suites received an entire range of high-end furnishings including maple cabinetry, darker paint palettes, glass insert balcony railings, laundry hookups, granite countertops and more. Parking is all outdoors, assigned common property, with some stalls tucked under the back of the building.
While the one-bedroom suites at Biltmore measure around 600 square feet, the two-bedroom units fall in the 800 to 900 square feet range. The balconies at Biltmore are all independent to ensure a greater sense of privacy for the residents. The building received a new set of doors and windows in the 2005 remodel, so it will probably be decades before a replacement is needed. The exterior doors and windows are all designated common property for ongoing maintenance and eventual replacement by the building corporation.
