Following the remodel, the Alexandria Place received a new set of lower-level stairwells and dug-out patios to brighten up the interior corridors and basements of the building. Given their large floor plans and sidewalk access, these townhouses are extensively employed as office spaces for small business and companies. However, the zoning enables the apartments to be used both as residential and office spaces.
While the smallest condo suite at Alexandria Place measures a sizable up to 2,500 square feet including a large basement, the largest units located at the north end of the building are as big as 3,000 square feet. Each of the suites features a small rooftop deck on their third level. Most of the units feature high-end furnishings including original wood burning fireplaces, skylights, and multiple bathrooms. Residents can park their vehicles in the sizable outdoor garage located at the back of the building.
